Return Policy: All Sales are Final! IvyFields is not responsible for lost/ damaged packages.

If the wrong item was shipped to you by accident, email IvyFields. Make sure you send proof of your order, and information, and picture of the items that you received so that we may send you that correct item you purchased. You will have to ship your items to the return address to be eligible to receive your correct order.

Returning incorrect order: Must be in good condition, if opened or used we will not accept the product. The item holder must email pictures for proof through email

IvyFields are NOT responsible for any allergies/injuries. Ingredients are listed within every product description. All products are made in a sanitized, and clean area, and cleaned after production.
